Over the course of 6 modules, spaced throughout the year, you will work with key coaches and experts within the dental industry to uncover the secrets of how to effectively grow your implant practice. Your practice will evolve as the course progresses. You will be expected to select a practice champion to lead the internal changes and are encouraged to work with the team and your Territory Manager in between each of the course modules to optimise the outcome of attending this fantastic course! This course will give you the insight and tools you need to take your implant practice to the next level!

In recent years, Les has been the lead facilitator on a number of national and regional innovation programmes helping entrepreneurs to create compelling strategies and think differently about how they grow their businesses. Les is also the creator of an award winning, one-man creative magazine called Elsie - which, when launched, was voted one of the top ten new magazines in the world by the prestigious New York Library Journal. Les’s presentations are highly visual and interactive – bullet points won’t be making an appearance!
Guy has over 15 years’ experience working in Marketing Services and
has spent the last 5 years at Software of Excellence in a variety of Marketing, Product and Customer Success roles. He has helped shape the development path for SOE’s flagship EXACT practice management software, and heads up SOE’s Customer Success Team which supports the company’s ethos of helping to turn good practices into great businesses.
Former radio presenter and journalist Paul Green started his first business in 2005. Over a decade he transformed it into Growth UK, a marketing consultancy for opticians, vets and a handful of dentists. The business had a seven figure turnover and six figure EBITDA – and in March 2016 Paul sold it to a digital marketing agency for an undisclosed sum.
Now he is an investor, buying and selling businesses, and a property developer. Paul is passionate about helping practice owners to create more net profit, in order to have a better lifestyle. In his session, Paul will challenge you to change the way you think about your practice and its clients.
